Pick up at Hotel by Private Luxury Driver

Drive to Viterbo to see the Palazzo dei Papi

Palazzo dei Papi is one of the most important momunemnts in the city of Viterbo. For 24 years Viterbo remained the papal seat due to because of hostility and urban violence in Rome at the time. It is also the site of the longest papal election (conclave) in history.

From Viterbo drive to see the Citvia di Bagnoregio

As described by Rick Steves:

“Inside the gate, the charms of Civita are subtle. Those searching for arcade tourism won't know where to look. There are no lists of attractions, orientation tours, or museum hours. It's just Italy. Civita is an artist's dream, a town in the nude. Each lane and footpath holds a surprise. Ivy drapes over arches and scrambles up walls; potted flowers parade across balconies. The warm stone walls glow, and each stairway is dessert to a sketch pad or camera.”

Leisurely Lunch on the shore of Lake Bolsena at Trattoria da Giggetto

A little known, unless you are a local, spot for romantic lakeside dining.

Visit to the Villa Farnese in Caprarola

The Villa Farnese is situated directly above the town of Caprarola and dominates its surroundings. It is a massive Renaissance and Mannerist construction, opening to the Monte Cimini, a range of densely wooded volcanic hills. It is built on a five-sided plan in reddish gold stone; buttresses support the upper floors. As a centerpiece of the vast Farnese holdings, Caprarola has always been an expression of Farnese power, rather than a villa in the more usual agricultural or pleasure senses. Considered one of the finest examples of Renaissance architecture in Italy
